No Commission
High street estate agents range on average from 0.75% to 1.75% of the property selling price. For example on a property of £250,000 with a fee of 1% the estate agent will charge £2,500. No Contract
Using our one fee system you remain a free agent. No binding contract leaves you in control to market your property as you please. You are free to change your marketing strategy at any time with no awkward transitions.
