All of this information is then put together to create your online particulars brochure, which you can even print out. Now onto the marketing...

Activate

As soon as you are happy with your particulars you can begin marketing. Activating takes only one-click. If you have selected a pay package, you'll be taken to our secure PayPal system. Just follow the prompts to complete your activation.

Your personal advisor will have a quick check through your listing before sending it to our portal partners. You are now ready to attract buyers.

With our Premier service you can activate immediately and upon payment we'll arrange a suitable date and time for someone to visit your property. They'll then write your particulars, take photos and draw-up your floor plans. We'll upload these details as soon as they are ready.

Start Marketing your Property

It's time to start advertising your property and attracting buyers. Where we advertise your property will depend on the package you have selected, remember you can upgrade your advertising package at any time from your accounts section.

Buyers can view your property online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, the internet is never closed. They can also request viewings online and print off particulars as required.

Dealing with Interested Buyers

We have included tools to help you manage your sale in your accounts section. You can manage your viewings and interest, whenever it suits you 24hrs a day.

You can always change your particulars text and photos at any time during your sale.

Buyers will contact you to arrange an appointment to view, we have included some tips on conducting viewings in your accounts area.

You can then negotiate a sale with them via email or phone. Don't forget that your Personal advisor is always on hand to help you.

Completion

Once you have agreed a sale you can instruct your solicitor. We have provided a memorandum of sale template to help you arrange things easily.
